Originating in Chando's parents' home state of Michoacán. Our carnitas are made by simmering the pork in lard until tender.

Pollo - Chicken

Lengua

Adobada

Cochinita

A traditional Mexican slow-roasted pork dish from the Yucatán Peninsula. Marinated in Chando’s achiote citrus spices, wrapped in a banana leaf and braised in the oven.
